Today, May 8th, 2026, the founding congress of the Vietnam Association of Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) was held at the International Conference Center – Government Office, 11 Le Hong Phong Street, Ba Dinh Ward, Hanoi, marking an important step in connecting, supporting, and promoting mergers and acquisitions in Vietnam.
At the congress, Associate Professor, Dr. Dang Duc Nhu, Senior Lecturer at the University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, and senior advisor of Medicallaw, was honored to be nominated to the Standing Committee to be elected as Vice President of the Vietnam M&A Association, representing the healthcare sector. This is an honor and an opportunity for Medicallaw to continue to contribute to networking, consulting, sharing experiences, and promoting the development of the healthcare mergers and acquisitions market in a professional, transparent, and sustainable manner.
